You provide raw information, in response to template questions, allowing an initial draft CV to be prepared

Face to Face Meeting

An initial meeting at a convenient location, to rehearse the interview process, allows assessment of personal presentation, body language, communication and proposed answers to common questions.

Discussion and coaching then occurs to develop ideas, learn more about the individual and find potential experiences which would be good examples for answers.

Written Feedback & Draft CV

Following the first meeting, an updated draft CV is provided with any key gaps or omissions which need further information highlighted.

Written feedback on the key areas for improvement is provided with suggestions for development.

Second Meeting

A further meeting is then arranged, when convenient to determine how effectively feedback has been implemented and to practice development of improved answers.

Collaborative completion of CV document.

Second Feedback and Final CV

Further written feedback focusing on implementation of initial feedback, as well as any further areas to continue work / focus for development.

Provision of finalised CV document.

Further meetings

By arrangement , if required.
